Ma’am nais ko lang po sanang idulog ang aking problema sa dati ko pong employer na Annaiah Marketing Corp. Almost three weeks na po ako nag-request nang COE pero hindi pa rin ako binibigyan.
Ang sabi ng HR nasa may ari na po iyon kung papayag sila.
Mukhang ayaw po akong bigyan.
Kailangan ko po kasi ‘yun sa SSS para makapag-file ng sickness kasi po ako ay ooperahan. Sana po ako ay inyong matulungan.

However, if in any case where the promised period is not justified or the waiting period is no longer reasonable, you may reach out to the nearest DOLE field office for further assistance.
