Andal Ampatuan Jr., iba pang miyembro ng clan guilty sa Maguindanao massacre

MATAPOS ang 10 taong pagdinig, inilabas na ng Quezon City Regional Trial Court ang desisyon sa kaso ng Maguindanao massacre kung saan napatunayang guilty si Datu Andal Ampatuan Jr., dating mayor ng Maguindanao at iba pang maimpluwensiyang miyembro ng kanilang clan kaugnay ng pagmasaker sa 57 katao.

Kabilang sa mga napatunayang guilty ni Judge Jocelyn Solis-Reyes ay sina dating Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) governor Datu Zaldy “Puti” U. Ampatuan, Datu Anwar Ampatuan, Datu Ulo Ampatuan, Datu Ipi Ampatuan,

Pinatawan sila ng parusang Reclusion Perpetua o hanggang  40 taong pagkakabilanggo ng walang Parole.

Napatunayan din ng korte na guilty si dating Police Major Sukarno Dicay.
