MAS lalo pang humina ang bagyong Sarah habang papalabas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility.
Ngayong araw ibinaba ito ng Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration sa tropical depression category, ang pinakamababang kategorya ng bagyo sa bansa.
Posible umano na maging low pressure area na lamang ang bagyo.
Sabado ng umaga ang bagyo ay nasa layong 700 kilometro sa hilagang silangan ng Basco, Batanes. Ang hangin nito ay umaabot sa 55 kilometro bawat oras ang bilis at pagbugsong hanggang 70 kilometro bawat oras.
