Workplace porn is a form of misconduct

Alan Tanjusay - October 15, 2019 - 12:15 AM

To prevent this from happening to you or in your workplace, kinakailangan na malinaw ang company policy about porn in the workplace. First, banning porn in the workplace must be communicated to employees.

They must be given orientation of all workplace po-licy including about pornography. And second, aside from orientation, there should be workplace monitoring system or some sort of computer firewalls that regulate content in the workplace.
