Bosses, co-employees main causes of burnout

Alan Tanjusay - September 24, 2019 - 12:12 AM

BURNOUT ka na ba sa work mo?

Anong dahilan?

Many would also believe that burnout is one of the reasons why excellent and highly-skilled and efficient employee loses his or her creativity, values and productivity.

There should be a government workplace regulation requiring companies to provide routine rest and recreation for burnout workers or other activities such as seminars and workshops that would improve workplace environment and capacitate employees to cope with and manage burnout.

Since work-related burnout is very common and very dangerous to the health and well-being of employees and to the status of the company, there should be paid burnout leave to allow suffering employees to rest and recover.

Doon sa mga nag-kasakit na employees because of work-related burnout, they should be given health insurance o mai-reimburse man lang ang expenses nila sa medicines, consultation fee, confinement, and pro-fessional fee.

At walang mga policies at regulation sa government and enterprise level addressing the ever-present burnout condition. It is high time for government and employers to come up and address this very common and dangerous work-related issue.
