300 Kapamilya stars nag-share sa Bantay Bata 163

Naging makabuluhan naman ang pagdalo ng mahigit 300 celebrities sa 2019 ABS-CBN Ball dahil sa kanilang pakikiisa at pagtulong sa adbokasiya ng Bantay Bata 163.
Kabilang sa mga naglalakihang bituin na dumalo ay sina Piolo Pascual, Angelica Panganiban, Charo Santos, Bea Alonzo, Judy Ann Santos at Julia Barretto.
Bukod sa pagrampa sa red carpet suot ang kanilang mga bonggang Filipiniana attire, nagkaisang muli ang mga Kapamilya stars para mas mapalawak pa ang ginagawang tulong ng Bantay Bata sa buong Pilipinas.
Kasabay din nito ang pagbibigay-pugay sa yumaong si Gina Lopez na siyang founder ng BB 163 at bilang bahagi na rin ng ika-65 anibersaryo ng Kapamilya network.
Ang pinaka-objective ng ABS-CBN Ball ay ang maka-rais ng funds para sa Bantay Edukasyon (scholarship grants), isa sa mga programa ng Bantay Bata 163.
Hosted by Billy Crawford, the program opened with Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano spearheading the Gina Lopez tribute to the tune of “I Believe I Can Fly.” Sinundan ito ng ceremonial toast sa pangunguna ni ABS-CBN Chairman Mark Lopez at President Carlo Katigbak.
In commemoration of ABS-CBN’s 65 years in the service of the Filipinos worldwide, a medley of the most timeless theme songs from some of the best Kapamilya shows were then brought to life by the exceptional performances of divas Pilita Corales, Dulce, Vina Morales with Moira dela Torre, Lala Vinzon and Elha Nympha.
Humataw din on stage ang Idol Philippines Top 3 na sina Lance Busa, Lucas Garcia at Zephanie Dimaranan kasama sina Jed Madela, Erik Santos, Regine Velasquez, Ogie Alcasid, Arnel Pineda, Martin Nievera at Gary Valenciano.
The night ended with a little more recognition, which started with real life couple Richard Gutierrez and fiancée Sarah Lahbati, who took home the NU Essence’s Couple of the Night award and Bea Alonzo as Metro’s Best Dressed. Chie Filomeno was named Ever Bilena Red Carpet Stunner.
While the most freshest and most gorgeous young ladies also stole the show with their special recognitions, the new Darna Jane de Leon won the Belo Beauty on the Rise award, while Maymay Entrata was named Belo Belle of the Ball award and finally, Chie Filomeno was hailed as the Ever Bilena Red Carpet Stunner.
Napanood ang kabuuan ng second ABS-CBN Ball via livestreaming sa ABS-CBN Metro Channel at Metrodotstyle. Fans worldwide also celebrated passion and love as they tweeted non-stop about the event, pushing the official hashtag #ABSCBNBall2019 to the top of the day’s Twitter trending list.
