Mocha sinupalpal: Hinamong magpaliwanag kung bakit kontrang-kontra sa Sogie Bill
WHILE she is supporting the gay community, against pala si Mocha Something sa Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression Equality Bill (SOGIE).
“I stand against any form of discrimination.”
“As much as SOGIE Bill will protect LGBTQ+ from discrimination, it will also discriminate others.”
“I am for Civil Union but not same SEX marriage. In SOGIE Bill, same sex marriage will be possible.”
That was her position sa isinusulong na anti-discrimination bill sa gays.
In a strongly-worded challenge, Mocha’s fellow Duterte supporter Sass Rogando Sassot replied to her post and took a screenshot of her reason for opposing SOGIE bill.
“I would like to invite Ms. Mocha Uson to go on Facebook Live and offer a legal analysis on how exactly the SOGIE Bill promotes discrimination. Who exactly is being discriminated Ms. Uson?
“Please kindly enumerate and specify the EXACT provisions of the bill that promotes discrimination.
Please enlighten us with the legal knowledge you acquired from Arellano HOW EXACTLY the bill promotes discrimination,” say ni Sassot.
Clearly, there is a brewing word war between Mocha and Sassot as the latter revealed in her broadsheet column that she was not approached by the former’s manager regarding the issue.
In the comments online sa isang website, Mocha was lambasted left and right by netizens.
“One thing is sure, ghost writer ni Mocha ang kausap ni Sass.”
“Mocha Uson aint the Queen of Fake News for nothing.”
“Cringe level just sky rocketed. My god. Bubunes talaga tong si Mocha…magkape ka girl.”
“Tawang tawa ako dun sa ‘I was once a bi (bisexual)’ ni @MochaUson saan kaya sya nakabili ng gamot sa pagiging bi. Wag pretensyosa ateng. Nakiki ride ka lang sa issue, ang likot likot mo pa.”
“Its an online catfight…between fake news and differences in methodologies and ehem ‘online’ principles (kuno).”
