SADLY, hindi matutuloy ang pagbabalik ni Kris Aquino sa paggawa ng horror film (in her own words din) dahil mukhang hindi tinanggap ng Metro Manila Film Festival ang entry nya na (K)Ampon.
Sa isang Instagram post, inanunsyo ni Kris ang balitang ito sa kanyang mga fans.
Nirequest kasing palitan ang original leading man na si Derek Ramsay.
Si Gabby Concepcion ang nais nilang ipalit.
Ngunit ayon sa batas ng MMFF committee, lagpas na sa deadline at hindi na maaaring magpalit ng cast. Kapag pinilit daw gawin ang pagbabagong ito ay wala ng choice ang MMFF kundi i-diskwalipika ito sa roster ngayong taon.
