Bumoto kay Duterte naisahan sa veto ng endo bill-solon
NAISAHAN umano ni Pangulong Duterte ang mga bumoto sa kanya matapos nitong ibasura ang Security of Tenure bill na inaasahang tatapos sa Endo.
Ayon kay TUCP Rep. Raymond Democrito Mendoza na ikinampanya ng mga unyon ng manggagawa si Duterte noong 2016 presidential elections dahil ito lamang ang presidential candidate na tumayo laban sa Endo.
“Naisahan talaga, with due respect to the President,” ani Mendoza. “The mother of all bills talaga is yung security of tenure na talagang hinihintay ng lahat because it was a campaign promise.”
Marami umanong kontraktuwal na umasa na tutuparin ni Duterte ang kanyang pangako.
“Duterte sila. Yes, I can say it with strong conviction, they voted for him because of all the presidential candidates, he was the one who spoke about issues close to the manggagawang Pilipino, which is, ‘Hindi kami regular. Kami ay kontraktuwal lang.”
Nang lumaon ay bumawi naman si Mendoza at sinabi na hindi si Duterte ang naka-isa sa mga manggagawa.
“Well, hindi naman kami naisahan ni Presidente, naisahan (kami ng) sa mga ibang sector na other interests,” dagdag pa ng solon.
