2020 proposed budget hindi isusumite ni Duterte sa Kongreso ngayong araw
HINDI isusumite ni Pangulong Duterte ang P4.1 trilyong panukalang budget para sa 2020 ngayong araw.
Sinabi ni Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles na hindi isasabay ang pagsusumite ng panukalang budget sa Kongreso sa nakatakdang ika-apat na State of the Nation Address (SONA) ni Pangulong Duterte.
“Not today. Maybe 1st week or 2nd week of August,” sabi ni Nograles.
Sa ilalim ng Konstitusyon, may 30 araw si Duterte na isumite sa Kongreso ang panukalang budget ni Duterte.
Noong isang taon, isinabay ang pagsusumite ng 2019 budget sa ika-3 SONA ni Duterte.
