50 nurse, 300 caregiver kailangan sa Japan

SINABI ng Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) na tumatanggap na ito ng aplikasyon para sa 50 nurse at 300 caregiver na kakailanganin sa bansang Japan.

Sa isang advisory ng POEA, maaaring magsumite ang mga aplikante ng aplikasyon hanggang Abril 30.

Ide-deploy ang mga nurse at caregiver sa ilalim ng Philippines-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement’s Framework for the Movement of Natural Persons.

Kabilang sa mga kwalipikasyon na hinahanap ay nagtapos ng kursong nursing na may lisensiya mula sa Professional Regulatory Board at may tatlong tatlong karanasan.
Dapat ay handa rin silang kumuha ng national license sa Japan.

Samantala, kailangan namang nagtapos ang mga aplikante ng caregiver sa anumang apat na taong kurso at may NC II caregiver certificate na inisyu ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.

Kailangan din sumailalim ang mga aplikante sa anim na buwang on-site Japanese language training.

“Those opting to become nurses in Japan will undergo on-the-job training and will have to pass the licensure exam for nurses there,” sabi ng POEA.
“Caregivers, on the other hand, should first work for at least three years before they can take the exam that will allow them to work in Japan indefinitely,” dagdag pa ng POEA.
