2 Pinoy sa undercard ng Pacquiao-Broner title fight bigo
NABIGO ang dalawang Pinoy boxer na sumabak sa undercard ng Manny Pacquiao-Adrien Broner WBA weltweight title fight Linggo ng umaga (PH time) sa MGM Grand Arena sa Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Natalo ang tubong-Davao City na si Jayar Inson sa pamamagitan ng split decision sa Amerikanong si Jonathan Steele sa kanilang eight-round welterweight bout.
Bunga ng pagkatalo, naputol ang five-fight winning streak ni Inson (18-2), na huling nabigo kay Thulani Mbenge noong Hunyo 10, 2017.
Ang panalo ni Steele (9-2-1) ay pambawi naman niya sa kabiguan kay Sanjarbek Rakhmanov noong Disyembre 7, 2018.
Bago ang pagkatalo ni Inson, nauna nang nabigo si Rey Perez kay George Kambosos Jr. sa isa pang undercard.
Si Perez (24-11) ay natalo sa pamamagitan ng unanimous decision kay Kambosos (16-0), na naging sparring partner ni Pacquiao sa laban kay Lucas Matthysse.
