Tatlo ang upuang nakuha ng Ako Bicol noong nakaraang eleksyon. Ang dalawa ay inuukupa ni Representatives Alfredo Garbin at Christopher Co.
Nasa ikatlo at huling termino na si Batocabe na tumakbo sa pagka-alkalde sa 2019 polls ng paslangin sa Daraga, Albay.
