SINABI ng Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) na nasa hilagang bahagi man ng Luzon, makakaapekto sa Metro Manila ang bagyong Rosita.
Idinagdag ng Pagasa na kung hindi magbabago ng bilis at direksyon ang bagyo ay magla-landfall sa Martes sa Isabela-Cagayan area.
“Everyone is advised to refrain from outdoor activities,” sabi ng Pagasa.
Inaasahan ang pagbuhos ng malakas na ulan sa Northern at Central Luzon simula Lunes ng gabi. Maaari umano itong magdulot ng pagbaha.
Sa Huwebes ay inaasahang lalabas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility ang bagyo.
Ang bagyo ay umuusad sa bilis na 20 kilometro bawat oras pakanluran. Ang bilis ng hangin nito ay umaabot sa 200 kilometro bawat oras at pagbugsong 245 kilometro bawat oras malapit sa gitna.
