SA susunod na linggo na lamang maglalabas ng resolution si Makati City Judge Andres Soriano kaugnay sa hiling ng Department of Justice na magIabas na warrant of arrest at hold departure order laban kay Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV hinggil sa kasong kudeta dahil sa pagkakasangkot sa Okwood mutiny noong 2003.
Nabatid na submitted for resolution ang kaso matapos magsumite ng formal offer of evidence ang kampo ni Trillanes sa Makati City Regional Trial Court Branch 148.
Sinabi ni Soriano na dalawa lang sa 22 isinumiteng ebidensya ng kampo ni Trillanes ang hindi tinanggap, partikular ang exhibit 9, na naglalaman ng printout ng official facebook page ng Department of National Defense (DND) at ang exhibit 12 na nagpapakita ng lumang litrato ni Trillanes, dahil hindi aniya ito authenticated.
Tinanggap naman ang karamihan sa mga ebidensya, kabilang ang mga galing sa Defense Adhoc Committee for amnesty at iba pang sertipikasyon ng aplikasyon para sa amnestiya ni Trillanes.
