Roderick Paulate hindi nabasahan ng sakdal
IPINAGPALIBAN ng Sandiganbayan Seventh Division ang pagbasa ng sakdal laban sa actor-comedian at Quezon City Councilor Roderick Paulate sa mga kasong kriminal kaugnay ng umano’y mga ghost employees nito noong 2010.
Pinagbigyan ng korte ang hiling ni Paulate at iniipat ang arraignment sa Setyembre 21.
Naglagak na si Paulate ng P246,000 piyansa para sa kanyang pansamantalang kalayaan sa mga kaso ng graft at falsification of public documents.
Umabot umano sa P1.1 milyon ang kinita ng mga ghost employees na kinuha ni Paulate mla Hulyo 1, 2010 hanggang Nobyembre 15, 2010. Peke umano ang mga Personal Data Sheet at job order na isinumite sa Office of the Vice Mayor.
