MAMIMIGAY na rin ang Civil Service Commission ng Eligibility Card para sa mga pumasa sa government eligibility katulad ng professional license card na ibinibigay sa mga board passers.
Sinabi ng CSC na ang unang bibigyan ng card ay ang mga pumasa sa Civil Service Examinations—ang mga nag-exam noong Mayo 3, 2015 Career Service Examination Paper and Pencil Test, August 16, 2015 Fire Officer Examination, Oktobre 18, 2015 CSE-PPT at Disyembre 6, 2015 CSE-PPT maliban ang National Capital Region.
Ang mga 2015 passer ay dapat na kunin ng personal ng mga may-ari sa CSC Regional Office.
Ang mga pumasa naman matapos ang 2015 ay bibigyan ng temporary Certification of Eligibility ng walang bayad. Pero kung gusto ng aplikante ng Certification of Eligibility na naka-imprenta sa security paper ay may bayad ito.
Ang CSC ay magbibigay din ng special eligibility card sa mga exempted sa CSC examination gaya ng Honor Graduate Eligibility, Scientific and Technological Specialist Eligibility, Electronic Data Processing Specialist Eligibility, Sanggunian Member Eligibility, Foreign School Honor Graduate Eligibility, Barangay Official Eligibility, Barangay Health Worker Eligibility, Barangay Nutrition Scholar Eligibility, Skills Eligibility – Category II, at Veteran Preference Rating.
