P15M ginastos para matanggal ang sumadsad na Chinese airline- MIAA
SINABI ni Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) general manager Ed Monreal na umabot sa P15 milyon ang ginastos para matanggal ang Xiamen Airlines matapos itong sumadsad sa runway sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport noong isang linggo.
“Right now, there’s only two aspects that we just had computed. I think in the range of P15M but there’s still a lot of cost,” sabi ni Monreal.
Idinagdag ni Monreal na sakop lamang ng P15 milyon ang manpower at upa sa crane at iba pang kagamitan para matanggal ang Xiamen Air flight MF8667 sa runway.
Ani Monreal nakipag-usap na siya kay Che Shanglun, chair ng XiamenAir kaugnay ng isyu.
“I met with the Chairman of Xiamen Airways and they said that they will cooperate,” Monreal said.
Humingi na ng sori si Shanglun sa mga pasahero na naapektuhan ng aberya matapos namang makansela ang maraming mga flights.
