Vhong mawasak kaya ang record nina Bela at JC sa PPP?

DAHIL naging blockbuster sa 2017 Pista Ng Pelikulang Pilipino ang “100 Tula Para Kay Stella” nina JC Santos at Bela Padilla ay hinuhulaan ng theater owners na muling papatok ang balik-tambalan ng dalawa sa pelikulang “The Day After Valentine’s”.

Ito’y idinirek uli ng “100 Tula Para Kay Stella” director na si Jason Paul Laxamana produced by Viva Films. Nalaman namin na sa walong entry na kasama sa 2018 PPP ay ang pelikula nila nina JC at Bela ang nakakuha ng pinakamaraming sinehan.

Ito rin ang nabanggit ni Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) Chairperson Liza Diño sa desisyon na rin ng mga theater owners.

Siyempre, masaya ang mga taga-Viva sa balitang ito at siniguro rin naman nilang maganda ang pelikula at worth it na maipalabas sa mas maraming sinehan lalo pa’t nabigyan pa ito ng Grade A ng Cinema Evaluation Board.

Maraming nagsabing magiging number one na naman ang pelikulang “The Day After Valentine’s” pero may mga nagkomento rin ng, “Huwag pakasiguro dahil maganda rin ang ‘Unli Life’ ni Vhong Navarro.”

Totoo rin naman base rin sa trailer na ipinakita sa nakaraang presscon ng “Unli Life” na ipinrodyus naman ng Regal Entertainment.

Anyway, bukod sa walong pelikulang kasama sa 2nd PPP ay mapapanood din ang anim na pelikulang kasama sa Special Feature Section tulad ng “Balanginga: The Howling of Wilderness” (mula sa QCinema 2017), “Gusto Kita With All My Hypothalmus” (CineFilipino Film Festival 2018), “High Tide” (ToFarm Film Festival 2017), “Kiko Boksingero” (Cinemalaya 2017), “Paki” (Cinema One Originals 2017) at “Tu Pug Imatuy” (Sinag Maynila 2017).
