COA itasan ang mga Binay, city execs na ibalik ang P2.28B ginastos sa Makati car park
INATASAN ng mga state auditor sina dating Vice-President Jejomar Binay at kanyang anak na si dating Makati City mayor Jejomar Erwin Binay Jr., at iba pang dating opisyal na ibalik sa gobyerno ang P2.292 bilyong ginastos sa kontrobersiyal na Makati City Hall Parking Building II.
Nagpalabas ang Commission on Audit Special Services Sector Fraud Audit Office ng dalawang notices of disallowance (ND) na may petsang Marso 15.
May kaugnayan ang notices of disallowance sa P2.28 bilyon ibinayad sa Hilmarc’s Construction Corp. para sa konstruksyon ng gusali at P11.97 milyon na ibinayad sa MANA Architecture and Interior Design, Co. para sa disenyo.
“Please direct the aforementioned persons liable to settle immediately the said disallowance. Audit disallowance not appealed within six months from receipt thereof shall become final and executory…,” sabi ni State Auditor Filomena
Ilagan at Director Chona Labrague na ipinadala sa opisina ng kapatid ni Binay na si Makati Mayor Mar-Len Abigail Binay.
