Deployment ban sa Kuwait tinanggal na Du30

INALIS na ni Pangulong Duterte ang deployment ban na ipinapatupad sa Kuwait matapos naman ang pagbuti ng relasyon ng dalawang bansa.

“Upon recommendation of Special Envoy to Kuwait Abdullah Mama-o, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte tonight instructed Secretary Silvestre Bello to totally lift the ban on deployment of Filipino workers to Kuwait,” sabi ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque.

Matatandaang ipinatupad ang deployment ban sa Kuwait matapos namang matagpuan sa isang freezer ang bangkay ng Overseas Filipino Worker(OFW) na si Joanna Demafelis.

Nangangahulugan ang lifting ng deployment ban na maaari na muling magpadala ng mga domestic workers sa Kuwait.

Nauna nang nagpatupad ng partial lifting ng deployment ban ang gobyerno kung saan pinayagan na ang pagpapadala ng Pupuwede na po muling skilled at saka semi-skilled.
