MULING sinampahan ng reklamo sa Ombudsman kasi dating Pangulong Benigno Simeon Aquino III at kanyang mga opisyal kaugnay ng kontrobersyal na Dengvaxia. Kasong plunder, paglabag sa graft law at malversation of public funds ang isinampa kay Aquino. Ito na ang ikalimang beses na inireklamo ang dating Pangulo kaugnay ng Dengvaxia issue. Kasama ni Aquino sa kaso sina dating Budget and Management dating Florencio Abad, dating Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa, Philippine Children’s Medical Center director Dr. Julius Lecciones, dating Department of Health chief Janette Garin, ant 17 iba pa na dati at mga kasalukuyang opisyal ng DoH. Ayon sa reklamo na inihain ni Atty. Ferdinand Topacio at Diego Magpantay, planado umano ang paglabag sa panuntunan ng pagbili ng gamot sa ginawang pagbili ng Dengvaxia vaccine. “(T)he respondents had flagrantly violated and wantonly disregarded this sacred constitutional tenet (public office is a public trust). Through a pattern of criminal conspiracy, they had committed such high crimes as plunder, graft and malversation, thereby desecrating the trust of the people for whom they should have served with utmost responsibility and unsullied integrity.” Saad ng 46 pahinang reklamo. Naglaan ang Aquino government ng P3 bilyon para sa pagbili ng bakuna na kinukuwestyon dahil naging sanhi umano ng pagkamatay ng ilang naturukan nito. Inaakusahan ang Aquino government ng pagmamadali sa pagbili ng bakuna at iniuugnay sa 2016 presidential elections. Ayon sa Sanofi Pasteur hindi dapat bakunahan ang mga taong nagkaroon na ng dengue.
