Mga pasahero ng Grab na magkakansela ng booking pagmumultahin

SA harap ng patong-patong na reklamo ng mga pasahero laban sa mga driver, at vice versa, inihayag ng Grab na pinag-aaralan na nito ang pagpapataw nito multa sa mga magkakansela ng kanilang booking, na dating ginawa ng Uber.

Sinabi ni Cindy Toh, Grab marketing head, na posibleng simulan ng kompanya ang pagpapataw ng cancellation fees bago mag-Hulyo bilang bahagi ng 100-araw plano para mapaganda ang serbisyo nito.

Idinagdag ni Toh na layunin nito na protektahan din ang mga driver ng Grab.

“Of course when passengers cancel, the driver you book is already en route to your location. They spend money on that; that’s time away from their business,” sabi ni Toh.

Sa kasalukuyan, hindi nagpapataw ng multa ang Grab sa mga pasaherong nagkakansela ng kanilang booking sa loob ng pitong minuto para sa GrabCar at tatlong minuto para sa GrabShare.

“Those who cancel more than 10 percent may face sanctions such as suspension or blacklisting from the platform,” sabi ni Grab public relations manager Krhizzy Pasigan.
