Nasunog ang shopping center sa loob ng University of the Philippines campus sa Diliman, Quezon City kaninang umaga.
Nagsimula ang sunog alas-7 ng umaga at mabilis na kumalat ang apoy sa lugar kung saan matatagpuan ang mga photocopy store, school supply store, barberya at mga kainan kabilang ang Rodic’s na itinayo noong 1949.
Sa loob ng kisame umano nagsimula ang apoy kaya tinitignan ang anggulo na sanhi ito ng faulty electrical wiring.
Naapula ang sunog alas-8:53 ng umaga.
Naapektuhan ng sunog ang 42 sa 48 establisyemento sa lugar.
