MMDA sinabing bahagi ng Regalado Highway sa QC isasara sa trapiko
INIHAYAG ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) ang pagsasara ng isang bahagi ng Regalado Highway sa Quezon City mula alas-11 ng gabi ngayong araw hanggang alas-4 ng umaga bukas, Pebrero 27.
Sinabi ni Jojo Garcia, acting MMDA General Manager, na sakop ng pansamantalang pagsasara ang northbound at southbound lanes ng Bristol Street hanggang Commonwealth Avenue.
“This is to give way to pile testing activities that private contractor EEI Corporation will conduct in line with the construction of the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) 7,” sabi ni Garcia.
Samantala, sinabi ni Garcia na magsasagawa ang EEI Corp ng lane marking activities sa Commonwealth Avenue – mula University Avenue hanggang Philcoa area – sa kaparehong araw.
“The contractors need to expand their work area in the middle but seven lanes will remain for motorists use,” sabi ni Garcia.
