WE can only name at least four showbiz children who are not spared from unjust malice and outright abuse perpetrated by some heartless netizens na duwag namang lumantad and choose to remain trolls.

So much unfair as these kids have no means to retaliate, wala (pa) silang social media account through which they can lash back at their bashers na kung makapanlait ng bata’y akala mo’y isinilang nang pagkaganda-ganda.

Apparently, ang mga taong ‘yon ay kapos sa kaalaman even in the most fundamental of laws which protect the constitutional rights of the children. Idagdag pa ang kawalan nila ng social media literacy kung paanong dapat ay ginagamit ang ganitong means of communication with responsibility.

Pahintulutan n’yo ang writer na ito na ibahagi sa mga ignoranteng taong ‘yon ang nasa back cover ng isang lumang-lumang notebook na ginagamit pa rin namin to this day. Aktibo kami noon sa barangay when we had these school supplies distributed to the kids (bago mag-school opening ‘yon many years ago).

For purposes of brevity, Iinglisin na lang namin ang mga ‘yon: right to identity and nationality; right to home and caring family; right to peaceful and orderly community; right to sufficient food, healthy and sound body; right to proper education and skill development; right to play and recreation; right to self-expression.

Hinuli namin ang dalawang mahahalagang karapatan: right to protection against abuse, danger and violence at right to government protection and support.

This is as opposed to Kris Aquino na hindi raw niya sayangin ang kanyang pera by filing a case against them (her stand probably applies kahit sa mga bashers ni Bimby).

Hindi namin kasi maintindihan ang ilang bashers, nariyan naman ang mga magulang nina Bimby, Zion, Zia at Baby Talitha, why not pick on them? Why prey on the kids?

So, who’s next?
