‘Kita Kita’ waging Movie of the Year sa 34th Star Awards

HUMAKOT ng tropeo ang mga pelikulang “Kita Kita” at “Changing Partners” sa katatapos lang na 34th PMPC Star Awards For Movies na ginanap last Sunday sa Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila.

Nagwaging Movie Of The Year ang “Kita Kita” nina Alessandra de Rossi at Empoy Marquez kung saan nanalo ring Movie Director Of The Year si Sigrid Bernardo habang si Dan Villegas ang nagwaging Indie Movie Director for “Changing Partners.”

Si Iza Calzado ang nanalong Best Actress para sa pelikulang “Bliss” at si Raymond Francisco naman ang Best Actor for “Bhoy Intsik”.

Tinanghal na Best Supporting Actor si Arnold Reyes para sa “Birdshot” at Best Supporting Actress naman si Odette Khan para sa “Bar Boys”. Ibinigay ang Movie Actor of the Year kina Mateo San Juan for “Magkadugo” at Maccoy de Leon for “Instalado” habang Movie Actress of the Year naman sina Pia Wurtzbach para sa “The Revenger Squad” at Joanna Ampil para sa “Larawan”.

Tinanggap naman ni Harlene Bautista ang Darling of the Press habang Movie Loveteam of the Year ang JoshLia (Joshua Garcia at Julia Barretto) para sa pelikulang “Love You To The Stars And Back”.

Ipinagkakaloob ang Nora Aunor Ulirang Artista Lifetime Achievement Award kay Gina Alajar at ang Ulirang Alagad ng Pelikula sa Likod ng Kamera Lifetime Achievement Award ay tinanggap naman ni Director Tikoy Aguiluz.

Nagsilbing hosts ng event sina Judy Ann Santos, Kim Chiu, Julia Barretto, Xian Lim at Enchong Dee habang naging anchor naman si Iza Calzado.
