Jacinto Paras at Atty. Ferdinand Topacio dahil insufficient in form ito.
“The vote shows that the resolution is overridden and pursuant to section 11, Article 3 of the rules of procedure in the impeachment proceeding, a vote of at least 1/3 of all the members of the House shall be necessary to override such a resolution in which case an I am directing the committee on justice to prepare the Articles of Impeachment immediately, so ordered,” ani House deputy speaker Raneo Abu na siyang presiding officer ng sesyon kahapon.
“I object to the committee report in order for the Comelec chairman be given an opportunity to explain, because it is perceived that there was some infractions that was committed by no less than the chair of the Commission and we never heard any reply on the accusations being hurled at him,” ani Barbers.
