INUTOS ni Pangulong Duterte kay National Police chief Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa na agad na ikulong ang babaeng opisyal ng PNP na may karelasyong Abu Sayyaf.Ayon kay dela Rosa, nagpatawag siya ng press conference dahil sa tawag ng pangulo alas-2 ng hapon para personal na ipag-utos ang pagkulong kay Supt. Cristina Nobleza, na inaresto sa Bohol kasama ang isang Reneer Lou Dongon, na sinasabing miyembro ng Abu Sayyaf.
“I just received instruction from the President and he ordered me to arrest and incarcerate right away Supt. Cristina Nobleza,” ani dela Rosa. Inihahanda na rin ang mga kasong isasampa laban sa babaeng opisyal, gaya ng illegal possession of firearms, harboring a criminal, at conspiracy to commit terrorism.
