Kris haharapin ang pinakamalungkot na b-day sa Feb.14; wala pa ring career sa tv
WITHOUT gloating in other people’s misfortune, mukhang ito na ang pinakamalungkot na kaarawan (Feb. 14) para kay Kris Aquino.
Just as when last week’s headlines centered on Miss Universe ay nakasingit pa ng espasyo sa mga diyaryo ang wala na namang katiyakang pagbabalik ni Kris sa TV. Wala kasi siya sa lineup ng alinman sa mga bagong GMA shows independently produced by APT Entertainment.
All this runs counter to Kris’ timetable, that is, ang i-resurrect ang kanyang hosting career by whatever means the soonest possible time.
Humahaba na nga naman ang lull, nakailang biyahe na siya paroo’t parito hoping she’d come home with a new show to watch out for, nakakarami na siya ng mga posts sa social media—whether rhetorical or cryptic—announcing her comeback na mukhang kahit siya is groping for the answer to the “when.”
Sa totoo, we feel for Kris. Ramdam namin ang kanyang pagkainip, but is not just test to her patience.
Baka lang ang kanyang paghihintay is taking a bit more time for her to reflect on equally important virtues na kailangan niyang taglayin.
