Barbers irereklamo ni Pichay sa ethics panel

Hindi palalagpasin ni Surigao del Sur Rep. Prospero Pichay ang hindi umano magandang pag-uugali na ipinakita ni Surigao del Norte Rep. Robert Ace Barbers sa pagdinig ng House committee on constitutional amendments.

Sinabi ni Pichay na maghahain siya ng reklamo laban kay Barbers sa House committee on ethics.

“I don’t need his sorry. I will file actually sa ethics committee for conduct unbecoming. That is a behavior that should not be tolerated by the House leadership,” ani Pichay.

Iginiit ni Pichay na wala siyang ginagawang masama ng naisin niya na amyendahan ang mosyon sa pagdinig ng komite.

“I was making a manifestation regarding the motion of Cong. Garcia…I only made an observation that we’re not Congress, we are the HOR. Perhaps we should amend the motion..Suddenly I don’t know where his anger came from. He uttered an unparliamentary word. He should apologize not to me, but to the institution. This is an institution where everybody should always act as a statesman. Hindi ito palengke,” ani Pichay.

Itinanggi naman ni Pichay na mayroon siyang ‘bad words’ na sinabi.

“I was only expressing my opinion,” dagdag pa ng solon.

Sinabi naman ni Pichay na wala siyang masamang tinapay kay Barbers.

“I don’t have any bad blood with him. I don’t know why he has bad blood you know with me,” ani Pichay. “Probably it was because of politics before wherein I united Romarate and the Matugas and they (Barbers) lost. But that’s politics, nothing personal.”
