Brillantes iba pa kinasuhan sa PCOS contract

Leifbilly Begas - June 20, 2016 - 04:59 PM
“By their illegal and anomalous acts in awarding the Extended Warranty Contract to Smartmatic-TIM, public respondents has given the said Smartmatic-TIM unwarranted benefits and advantage over other possible bidders to the prejudice and undue injury to the government,” saad ng reklamo ni Paras. “Thus, their acts of giving the award to Smartmatic-TIM are considered corrupt practices which clearly violate the Law of Plunder and Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act as well.”
