“All that needs to be done is for accused Estrada to inform his Senate staff what personal properties and documents should be segregated and not turned over to the Senate property custodian,” iginiit sa desisyon.
“Any turn-over document that needs to be signed by accused Estrada can be signed by him, outside the premises of Senate,” saad ng desisyon. “The inventory of the official government properties and equipment will clearly guide the separation of accused Estrada’s personal belongings from that of the government. His presence is, therefore, not necessary.”
