The voter is not allowed to use her gadget,” ayon sa nasabing Comelec official sa isang video post na napanood namin sa ABS-CBN.
Panimula ng TV host-comedian, “Not defending nor condemning anyone guys, just want to hear both sides. Basing on what i read and hear, there is a gray area on the issue.
“I’m getting both sides since there are loopholes, and it basically depends on how one interprets the law. Actually one of the commissioners said if it wasn’t shaded then it is fine, since the point is to deter vote buying,” tweet ni Luis.
Dagdag pa ng binata, “Kung no selfie e di walang kaso because the shots weren’t selfies. Right? Then media should be liable?
“Hmmmm i see the conflicting statements, i guess whatever is on the COMELEC website is what should be followed. I do agree, then maybe some Commissioners are in conflict with what is written.”
