‘MaGMAhalan Tayo Ngayong Pasko’ ni Alden No. 1 sa iTunesPH
NUMBER one na sa iTunes PH top singles ang theme song ng GMA Christmas station ID na “MaGMAhalan Tayo Ngayong Pasko” ilang araw lamang matapos itong i-release sa online digital media store.
Naging #27 na rin sa iTunes Singapore at #58 naman sa iTunes Macau ang nasabing kanta na inawit ng Pambansang Bae na si Alden Richards at mula naman sa GMA Records.
Lahat ng proceeds mula sa sales ng single ay mapupunta sa GMA Kapuso Foundation para sa mga biktima ng Typhoon Lando. Marami na ang pumuri sa kanta sa social media dahil sa masayang tunog at magandang mensaheng ipinararating nito.
Ayon kay Twitter user Amy Zulueta, “Great job! Short but meaningful! Listen to the lyrics and understand its message.” Ikinatuwa naman ng Kapuso netizens na nabigyan sila ng pagkakataong makatulong sa kapwa nila Pilipino sa pamamagitan ng pag-download nila ng kanta.
“Thank you for giving us the opportunity to help others thru this!” ang sabi ng isa pang Instagram user.
Matapos maging Platinum status kamakailan ang kanyang solo album na “Wish I May” under GMA Records, mainit pa rin ang naging suporta ng netizens kay Alden sa pagkanta niya ng station ID theme song. “
Ang ganda ng pagkakanta. May puso talaga, nakakaiyak. God bless Alden. More blessings to come. Stay humble,” komento ng FB user na si Juliet Regulto.
Sa direksyon ni Cesar Cosme, malinaw na ihinahatid ng GMA Christmas Station ID ang mensahe nitong magmahalan ngayong Pasko. Patuloy rin itong pumupukaw sa damdamin ng mga manonood at nagpapaalala sa tunay na diwa ng kapaskuhan.
Ang 2015 GMA Christmas station ID ay nilikha ng GMA Program Support Department at ng GMA Post Production Department. Sa pangunguna ni GMA Program Support Department First Vice President Regie Bautista, ang grupo ay binubuo nina Assistant Vice President for Marketing Communications Hasmin Marable, Senior Project Manager Minette T. Lopez, Project Specialist Penny Wong, Creative Director Dino Garcia, Associate Creative Director Brian James Camaya, Senior Visualizer Gayel Empederado, Senior Art Support Specialist Raymond Ignacio, at Senior Visualizer Pauline Lapus.
