“We’re fighting for survival. Even though we have a slim chance, we just came out and got ready against Ateneo and that’s what happened,” sabi ni UE head coach Derrick Pumaren, na ang 14-puntos na kalamangan ng koponan ay biglang naglaho sa ikatlong yugto. “We kept our poise in the end when we weren’t making baskets in the fourth quarter.”

“The chance that we have, we hope we continue that in our next game. It doesn’t matter if we make it or not. We’re going all out on Wednesday,” dagdag pa ni Pumaren.
