Bong Revilla humirit sa korte, gustong umatend sa debut ng anak

HINILING ni Sen. Ramon Bong Revilla Jr., na makalabas ng kanyang kulungan upang makadala sa debut ng kanyang anak sa Oktobre 24. Sa kanyang mosyon, sinabi ni Revilla na tatlong oras lamang ang kanyang hinihingi mula alas-7 hanggang alas-10 ng gabi. Gagawin ito sa Bellevue Hotel sa Alabang, Muntinlupa City. “While he does not want to abuse this Honorable Court’s kindness and understanding, Sen. Revilla is again constrained to request this Honorable Court’s permission, this time to attend the 18th birthday celebration of his daughter Ma. Fraznel Loudette Bautista,” saad ng mosyon. Sinabi ni Revilla na bahagi ng kulturang Pilipino ang ipgadiwang ang pagpasok ng babae sa kanyang “legal age” o pagiging adult nito. At dahil dito, nais umano niyang makabahagi sa selebrasyong ito ng kanyang anak. “As part of the family-oriented Filipino culture, during Lourdette’s 18th birthday, her parents would present her to society as a young lady coming of age and formally turning into an adult. It is a tradition which daughters and their families prepare for, look forward to, and treasure for the rest of their lives.”
