Summer
INIHAYAG kahapon ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) na opisyal nang nagsimula ang summer sa bansa sa kabila ng banta na dulot ng bagyong Chedeng.
Idinagdag ng weather bureau na nagsimula na ang tag-init dahil sa pagtatapos ng northeast monsoon o amihan.
Dahil dito, asahan na ang patuloy na pagtaas ng temperatura sa maraming bahagi ng bansa.
