Nabuking din sa isang eksena na gawa-gawa lang ni Gilbert Imperial (Richard Gutierrez) ang pagbaril sa kanya ng character ni Freddie Webb.
Jacintha confronted Freddie Webb’s character while inside a car and he revealed na binaril niya si Gilbert para palabasing hero siya sa mga tao. Nangyari kasi ang insidente during Gilbert’s campaign sortie.
