Wish ni Sharon: Sana isali pa rin ako sa next season ng The Voice!

DASAL ni Megastar Sharon Cuneta, kunin ulit siya bilang coach sa susunod na season ng The Voice sa ABS-CBN. Knows kasi niya na it all depends on the management, kung makakasama pa siya nina Lea Salonga, Bamboo at Sarah Geronimo sa next season ng nasabing talent search.

Ayon kay Mega, inalok na siya sa The Voice bago pa man siya lumipat ng ibang istasyon noon at bago bumalik ulit sa Kapamilya network para umupong coach, kasama pa dapat ang international singer na si Apl.de.Ap.

“Unfortunately, hindi ko natanggap ‘cause I moved. So it was my coming home and it was meant to be. So I hope I’m still there and I hope hindi na kami intrigahin because usually, absolutely no truth to the rumors that came out,” pahayag ni Mega.

Hindi pa rin maisip ni Mega kung bakit inintriga pa sila ni Coach Sarah nu’ng manalo si Jona Soquite sa The Voice Teen. Diumano, inisnab ni Mega si Jona pagkatapos i-announce ang pangalan ng bagets as grand winner.

“Hindi ko alam kung ba’t nagka-ganu’n e. Kasi nu’ng kami naman nina Bamboo at Lea, walang ganunan. Ngayon parang may mga umiintriga lang siguro. Nananahimik din naman si Sarah. Those are fake news sites. They are, but thing is, a lot of people don’t really realize that those are not real stories. So sad, ‘di ba?”

Pagpapatuloy pa ni Sharon, “It’s sad that at this stage in your career, pang-54th movie ko na yata ito, 40th year ko na next year, parang, I don’t know if it’s the millennials. I don’t know if it’s all this technology that makes them lose touch with, I mean they have less human contact than people like us. They’re braver because they hide under anonimity. So they feel they could express more freely.”
Unlike before, kilala at nakakaharap niya ang kanyang mga kaaway, “Hindi ‘yung ganito na, papatira mo sa isang grupo ng ganito na babayaran. Social media definitely has its advantages. It’s very helpful in certain areas for so many people.

“But if such powerful tool are given to people who are irresponsible and disrespectful of other human beings, and don’t have a life, it’s a scary thing. Because this is the generation that we’re raising? Is this the generation that’s taking over after us?” sabi pa ni Sharon.
