Isa nga si Arjo sa mga bibida sa OTJ mini-series, “I’ve been looking for a way to cast him in my previous movies in any role primarily because in a teleserye where your subtleties are not really being asked of you as an actor, he performs in the most subtle way, but still has a lot of strength and bravo to it.”“We have three segments here, there’s the story of small town which is La Paz, story of Manila featuring a huge TV network and story of prison camp. In the Manila story, we have Bela (Padilla) working with Arjo who is an ex-journalist who becomes a Congressman,” kuwento pa ni direk.

When they called me, I was very much happy because ‘OTJ’ is one of my favorite movies and it is very interesting that it turned into a series and of course it is also of my dream to work with you direk (Erik) and it’s such an honor.

“I’m very blessed to be part of this team with a very good cast, seeing all of them gives me goosebumps and of course I want to thank Globe for making this possible, thank you so much and I hope you guys enjoy it, and sana may season 2,” aniya pa.Hindi pa raw nagwo-workshop ang aktor para sa bago niyang karakter sa OTJ dahil wala siyang oras, abala pa rin kasi siya sa araw-araw na taping ng FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.“More on explanation lang po kasi wala na akong time, pero researching as an actor for the role, nagagawa ko naman.

Kung kontrabida si Arjo sa Ang Probinsyano bilang si Joaquin Tuazon ay kabaligtaran naman ang role niya sa OTJ mini-series, gaganap siya ritong congressman na tutulong sa mga nangangailangan.“It’s a very driven character, generally speaking, and ayokong ikuwento na, pero sabi nga kanina, I’m an ex news-anchor who became a congressman, who believes that he is more of a politician and not just a news anchor,” sabi ni Arjo.

“Love-hate relationship kami, so may love story going on and the same time, two different worlds but still love brings them back, somehow. The special connection they have to each other brings them back,” sabi ng aktor.

Dito naman more on love talaga.

“I wanna be part of this. And of course the fact na handpicked ako ni direk Erik, that’s really something for me to look forward,” katwiran ng binata.
