Pelikula nina Paolo, Bela, Piolo at Lloydie pasok sa 29th Tokyo filmfest
LIMANG pelikulang Pilipino na naman ang kalahok sa 29th Tokyo International Film Festival competition. Hindi pa man ipinalalabas ay pasok agad ang “Die Beautiful” ni Paolo Ballesteros directed by Jun Lana for Viva Films.
Kabilang din ang “I America” ni Bela Padilla na first time lumahok sa Cinemalaya Film Festival nitong Agosto at dahil sa ganda ng reviews ay kasalukuyang ipinalalabas ito sa ilang sinehan sa Metro Manila.
Ito’y sa direksiyon ni Ivan Andrew Payawal produced ng Idea First, Eight Films at distributed ng Viva Films.
Ang “Birdshot” na pagbibidahan nina John Arcilla at Arnold Reyes na idinirek ni Mikhail Red mula sa World Focus.
Ikaapat ang “A Lullaby To The Sorrowful Mystery” o “Hele Sa Hiwagang Hapis” nina John Lloyd Cruz at Piolo Pascual directed by Lav Diaz at ang ikalima ay ang “Shiniuma: Dead Horse” ni Lou Veloso mula sa direksyon ni Brillante Mendoza.
