Jaclyn, Brillante pararangalan sa 21st French filmfest
BIBIGYANG-parangal si Cannes 2016 Best Actress Jaclyn Jose at award-winning director Brillante Mendoza sa gaganaping 21st French Film Festival para sa kanilang pelikulang ng pelikulang “Ma’ Rosa”.
Gaganapin ang red-carpet event sa darating na June 8 sa Central Square in Bonifacio Global City.
Noong nakaraang taon, sa nasabi ring filmfest, binigyan ng pagkilala sina direk Brillante at Nora Aunor matapos mabigyan ng special citation ang entry nilang “Taklub” sa Cannes.
“Since 2012, the festival’s gala night has been the welcome party for the Filipino filmmakers who have been attending the Cannes Film Festival,” pahayag ni Martin Macalintal, ang audiovisual attaché ng French Embassy sa Manila. – EAS
