TILA nagkakalabuan na sina Pia Wurtzbach and Dr. Mike. Nasulat kasing in-unfollow na ni Pia ang lahat ng social media account ng popular doctor. Parang kailan lang ay sweet pa nila. Nag-tour pa sila sa New York using a helicopter.

May mahabang aria si Pia sa kanyang Instagram account which speaks of her anxiety because she’s living in New Work alone and she’s hard on herself. Gusto niya kasing i-please ang lahat, including her “family, friends, mentor and countrymen”.

Sa kanyang IG account ay parang may explanation si Dr. Mike kung bakit parang natapos nang bigla ang kanilang friendship ni Pia.

“As humans we are excellent at looking at the negatives, looking towards the future with anxiety. This has been ingrained in us because our ancestors who worried about lions and bears attacking, survived and those who were at constant ease did not.

“However the pendulum has now swung too far in the opposite direction. We now worry about the smallest details, we stay up thinking about the most trivial problems. Anxiety in this form is toxic to our souls.

“We must take a small amount of time to redirect our minds towards the positive. We must appreciate the good times, the positive relationships, and even our smallest accomplishments. Once you take out the time to appreciate these small but important details you will see a meaningful change in your mood and most importantly in your outlook on life.
