INILABAS na ng Inquirer Bandera ang top 25 best work sa nakaraang Bandera on the spot postage stamp design contest na ginawa sa limang Robinsons Mall sa Otis, Maynila; Imus, Cavite, Calasiao, Pangasinan; Tacloban City at General Santos City.

Ang mga sumusunod (no in particular order) ay ang top 25 best design na napili ng Bandera. Tatlo sa mga ito ang hihirangin na top 3 bukas.

Ang contest ay ginawa sa pakikipagtulungan ng Philippine Postal Corporation, Robinsons Mall at Huawei para sa ika-25 anibersaryo ng Bandera sa Setyembre.
