Mula sa Mindanao: Juanna Cris Canto, Caraga, Butuan; Charina Barro, Cagayan De Oro City;  Ohnie Claros, Davao City; Princess Faye Fernandez, Tagum, Davao; Jessa Niah Eldian, Dapitan City; Fatima Kate Bisan, Saranggani Province; Rainalyn Capitle, Zamboanga City.

Mula naman sa Visayas: Aiko Takahashi, Bacolod City; Marian Grace Bantol Malubay, Bohol; Bianca  Wilhelmina Willemsen, Cebu City; Anke Schelling, Dumaguete City; Sigrid Grace Flores, Iloilo City. Sa South Luzon rarampa sina Jainil Corpus, Batangas City; Lyra Velchez, Bicolandia; Bianca Aragon, Cavite; Ajaylene Victoriano, Valenzuela City; Maria Monique Agus, Laguna; Kathreen Grace Ahorro, Puerto Princesa; Julee Anne Mae Cabrea, Quezon.

Sabi ni Miss Bacolod, “If there’s an opportunity po that I can enter showbiz, I will grab it ‘coz once in a lifetime lang and hopefully I can meet my showbiz crush, Enrique Gil (leading man ni Liza sa Forevermore).”

Say naman ni Miss Baguio City, “Aside from representing my city in a national pageant, this is once in a lifetime opportunity. And if there’s an opportunity for me to be in showbiz, I will grab it and I will choose Piolo Pascual as my partner.”
