Polo lalayas sa GMA pagkatapos ng Ilustrado
BAKA lumipat na sa kabilang network si Polo Ravales.
Si Polo ang una naming nakausap sa general press launch ng Ilustrado ng GMA and GMA News na magpa-pilot this Monday sa GMA TeleBabad after Strawberry Lane.
Unlike most of his co-stars in this bayani-serye that tackles the life of Jose Rizal, his character is fictional, representative of somebody hat oppressed the Indios.
He is Venchito Monteverde, anak ni Conchita Monteverde played by Jaclyn Jose naman. Fresh si Polo kasi he just returned from the US trip for two weeks.
We asked him kung kailan sila magpapakasal ng non-showbiz girlfriend niya, mga three years from now. Isa pang tanong, what was his last soap – ang Kambal Sirena.
Nang tinanong na siya what will be his next dahil month-long lang ang itatakbo ng Ilustrado, dito nagkahulihan. Balitang nakikipag-usap na ang manager ni Polo sa kabilang network for a possible job.
Nothing is wrong with that actually, dahil Polo is now elevated sa mga puwedeng magpalipat-lipat ng network kung saan may offer na maganda.
Wala pa naman kasiguraduhan ito but for sure with Polo’s caliber, baka mag-counter offer sa kaniya ang GMA. Years and years na siyang Kapuso so maninibago ang fans niya na maglipat ng network once Polo and manager accepted the proposed project sa kabilang network.
