Ramon Bautista bawal nang tumapak sa Davao dahil sa ‘hipon joke’
Matapos humingi ng sorry ang komedyante na si Ramon Bautista, mukhang hindi na nga siya mapapatawad ng mga Davaoeño na talagang nasaktan sa kanyang “hipon joke”.
While everybody appreciated his gesture of being humble and brave enough to face the Davao audience, he can not expect all to forgive and forget. Kahapon, idineklarang “persona non grata” sa Davao ang TV host-comedian, base sa resolusyon na ipinalabas ng Davao City Council.
“Bautista willfully and arrogantly intended to propagate a culture of sexist and male chauvinism that promotes rude and disrespectful behavior against women,” ayon sa resolusyon.
Sabi pa ng Women Development Council ng Davao City, isang sexual harassment ang ginawa ng comedian sa mga Davaoeña.
Sa mga hindi pa nakakaalam, kapag tinawag kang “hipon”, ang ibig sabihin, maganda ang katawan mo pero chaka ang face! E, kasi nga, kapag kumain ka ng hipon, ang katawan lang ang pakikinabangan mo dahil itatapon mo lang ang ulo.
