Bossing luma, laos na ang style sa Komedya, talbog kay Jason Gainza
Watched latest movie “Mumbai Love” starring Solenn Heussaff and Kiko Matos recently. The movie is a feel-good one, walang pretension, walang pasikot-sikot.
Nagkita sina Solenn at Kiko sa Mumbai, India, na-in love sa isa’t isa kaya lang kailangang umuwi ang dalaga sa Pilipinas dahil pinabalik siya ng boss niya.
Solenn was herself most of the time in the movie, walang effort sa kanyang role na simple lang naman. Kiko, although not a matinee idol, is charismatic enough at nakakaarte naman nang tama.
But the big revelation is Jayson Gainza who played the gay mom of Solenn. He was really good in comedy, perfect ang timing at maganda ang bitaw.
Actually, he’s BETTER than Vic Sotto na pinaglumaan na ang mga jokes at hindi naman talaga nakakatawa. Kung merong chance na mag-face off ang dalawa ay siguradong lalamunin ni Jayson nang buhay sa comedy itong dyowa ni Pauleen Luna.
