Ryzza Mae-Bimby loveteam kagat na kagat sa ‘My Little Bossings’

ARE the Eat Bulaga fans ready for a different Vic Sotto sa “My Little Bossings”? Some of the biggest stars of both networks supported the premiere night of Octo-Arts, M-Zet Production, APT Entertainment and Kris Aquino Productions MMFF 2013 entry “My Little Bossings” and to differentiate the networks they’re supporting, kakaiba ang naging seating arrangement sa cinema 10 ng SM Megamall last Saturday.

Sa orchestra umupo ang mostly ABS stars lead by the movie’s stars Kris Aquino and Bimby Aquino Yap and Kris’ eldest son Joshua together with her best friend Ai Ai delas Alas.

Since we’re in the balcony section, hindi na namin nakita ang iba pang artista doon and can only report who sat with us. Sa balcony, Philippine movie queen Susan Roces, an avowed Ryzza Mae Dizon fan, was there together with Ryzza and the top billing of the movie na si Bossing.

Pauleen Luna walked down the ramp with Ai Ai but sat with Bossing. Sen. Tito Sotto was there who was mostly with his apos. Bossing’s daughter Danica Sotto was there too with husband Mark Pingris.

Hindi na namin matandaan ang ilan pang artista pero ang napansin namin, this is the first premiere yatang napuntahan namin na sandamakmak ang bata, as in children, with their parents, mostly fans ni Ryzza.

Torky (Vic) is the accountant of millionaire businesswoman Baba (Kris) who has a spoiled son Justin (Bimby).

Meanwhile, Baba’s sister Marga (Jaclyn Jose) has devilish plans against Baba as gusto niyang ibaling ang network scam niya kay Baba kaya she decided to hide and gave her son Justin sa pangangalaga ni Torky kapalit ng P20 million.

Torky then took Justin in his home, changed his name as Tintoy at doon naman nagkita sina Aiza na kasama na rin si Ching na kailangan nang kunin sa ampunan.

Habang nagtatago si Baba, Justin/Tintoy learned how to live with the masa and find true friend kay Ching as father and daughter Torky and Aiza learned na magkapatawaran at mag-aminan ng relasyon nila.

Kung hindi pa kayo nalalaliman sa kuwento, there is the police pair of Jose Manalo and Paolo Ballesteros na supposedly tauhan ni Marga, si Neil Ryan Sese na driver and lover supposedly ni Marga at mayroon pang Barbie Forteza and Neil Coleta subplot plus a special guest appearance of Joey de Leon and Oyo Sotto in this Marlon Rivera directed picture.

When Bossing announced that he will be directed by Marlon Rivera for his festival movie, na-excite kami. For the first time, we will not be seeing the usual Bossing acting in a usual Bossing type of movie kungdi sa isang sopistikadong comedy mula sa gumawa ng “Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank”

Watching “My Little Bossings” though, although naaliw naman kami ng sobra lalo na sa dalawang bata na sina Ryzza and Bimby who we think carried the whole movie, ang dami naming tanong.

Coherent ang kuwento pero napakaraming kuwento. May suspense plot sina Kris and Jaclyn na pilit pinapa-light kahit na may barilan at maraming would be assassination.

This would have been good pero hindi naman ito nagamit totally nina Bimby and Ryzza na tumakas agad and by the way paano natunton ni Bimby ang bahay nila sa isang subdivision at paano ito nakapasok sa guards.

Now comes the hard part. One half of Bossing’s participation sa movie, drama and long monologues mostly with Aiza. While we wanted a different Bossing nga hindi naman kami handa to see a drama acting monologue chewing Bossing.

Kung iniisip niyo na baka isa kami ang tipo ng audience na humihingi palagi ng pagbabago pero kapag binigyan ng pagbabago may angal pa rin, that is not true.

We wanted a different Vic pero sana tinimpla na mostly comedy pa rin and just a tad drama, not the other way around. Mabuti na lang he and even Kris were saved by Ryzza and Bimby nga.

Kagat na kagat si Ryzza sa movie, definitely the star of “My Little Bossings”. Disturbed lang din kami na tunay yatang wasabi ang pinakain sa bata kaya ganoon na lang ang iyak nito  sa sobrang anghang.

At to Bimby, given that we will not get acting award type of performance sa anak nina Kris and James Yap but believe us, napaka-charming ng bagets.

He follows direction and gives the best he can and since he is so adorably cute complete with dimples, okay na sa amin ito. Whether he really wants to continue acting just like his mother or not, baka dapat pagtuunan na ng pansin ang acting niya pero as is and we reiterate, okay si Bimby.

We wanted a different Bossing and we got a different Bossing ka-tandem ng isang gun wielding slow mo entrance ni Kris. One more movie na kakaiba pa siguro, matatanggap na namin ang pagbabago.

Pero paano kaya ang Dabarkads masa ng Eat Bulaga? We hope they get it too.
